The exact services, deliverables, timeline, and scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Each project is based on an agreed scope of work.
Any additional pages, features, revisions, integrations, or other work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

03. Payments

Project pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins.
Work may begin after the required initial payment has been received.
Final deliverables may be released after all outstanding payments have been completed.

04. Revisions

The number of included revisions will depend on the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed direction may be charged separately.

05. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, brand assets, access credentials, and feedback required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

06. Project Timeline

We provide an estimated timeline based on the agreed scope.
Project timelines may change due to delayed feedback, missing content, additional requests, or changes to the original scope.

07. Intellectual Property

Once the project has been fully paid for, the agreed final deliverables are transferred to the client.
Enforg retains the right to use completed work for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, software, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

08. Website Launch & Third-Party Services

Enforg is not responsible for failures, downtime, pricing changes, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms or services.
This may include hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, payment services, or website platforms.

09. Cancellation

Either party may request to cancel a project.
Payments already made for completed work, reserved time, or non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.
Any cancellation terms will also follow the specific agreement made for the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

Enforg will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and according to the agreed scope.
However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party failures, loss of business, or issues caused by information or services outside our control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
